Both of Robert Rodriguez‘s next movies, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and Machete Kills, have received teaser posters. No word yet on when either will be released or when production will even start, but at least we have these to keep us company for now. (more…)

A week or 2 ago it was confirmed that Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller finally had the go-ahead, to shoot a Sin City sequel, but at the time of the announcement there was no cast attached to the project. Now, Rodriguez as confirmed, in an interview with MTV, that two people from the original, Mickey Rourke and Rosario Dawson are set to return. (more…)

The first Sin City from Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez (and Quentin Tarantino) starring Jessica Alba, Devon Aoki, Alexis Bledel, Poweres Boothe, Rosario Dawson and Bruce Willis was such a breath of fresh air. There was just something about it that I couldn’t get enough of, thats why it was so frustrating when it seemed like rumours of a sequel were just that, rumours. But now, seven years later, a press release by the Weinstein Company has confirmed that a Sin City sequel is finally going to begin production. (more…)
