Trailer for Ben Affleck’s ‘Argo’

The first international trailer for Ben Affleck’s Argo has arrived online, and it looks just as engrossing and addictive as the real-life story it’s based on. Directed by and starring Affleck, Argo tracks a covert CIA mission to rescue six American hostages during the Iranian revolution in 1979. With no real strategy in place, they came up with the idea to send in a team posing as Hollywood figures looking to make a sci-fi movie. The events that transpired were kept secret for years, and were later revealed in a terrific Wired article called How the CIA Used a Fake Sci-Fi Flick to Rescue Americans from Tehran, of which this film is based on.

New ‘Dark Knight Rises’ Trailer Shows More Catwoman & Bane

Warner Bros. have billed the third and final movie in Christopher Nolan‘s Batman franchise as the “epic conclusion to the legend”, and now they have released a new trailer which shows off main villain Bane (Tom Hardy) as the character most likely to end Christian Bale‘s Batman. It also features our best look yet at Anne Hathaway‘s Catwoman.

Rian Johnson’s new movie Looper, stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt as a time-travelling assassin who works for the mob. Things get hairy when the mob decide to terminate him by giving him one last job, his future self (Bruce Willis), JGL is essentially asked to whack himself.
